The typical loan transaction will take about 30-40 days. Here's the steps required and what you will need to provide North Bay Home Loans and Real Estate Services during the home loan process.

Once you have decided to purchase a new home or re-finance your existing mortgage

1. Meet with one of our loan specialists and discuss the available loan options and your desired loan type.
2. North Bay Home Loans and Real Estate Services will get preliminary approval from lender(s).
3. You will provide loan documentation and financial information necessary to obtain the loan.
3. North Bay Home Loans and Real Estate Services will open escrow, request preliminary title report and order a property appraisal for your property.
4. Upon receipt of appraisal and preliminary title report North Bay Home Loans will prepare loan documents and submit the documents to lender(s).
5. If further information is required you and North Bay Home Loans and Real Estate Services will work to get the information needed.
6. Final loan documents are provided to Escrow company.
7. You will go to escrow company and sign loan documents.
8. Title company records deed and lender funds loan.
